Kefel Hares

This Arab village is home to the tombs of three early biblical Jewish leaders: Joshua ben Nun, Nun ben Ammihud, and Calev ben Yefunneh. Every few months, the village is open to Jewish pilgrims, under heavy security. Otherwise, daily control is under the Palestinian Authority.
